A 76-year-old man died on Tuesday morning in Akaki after his vehicle was crushed by a water tank that was being towed by a tractor.
At some point the steel tank disengaged from the tractor, tipped over and hit the 76-year-old pick up, which was following.
Reports said the man was rushed to hospital where doctors pronounced him dead on arrival.
