The Larnaca to Nicosia highway near Koshi was re-opened to traffic after being closed for around three hours on Monday afternoon due to an accident.
The road was closed to traffic at around 1.45 pm after a car overturned on the motorway. The driver has been taken to Nicosia general hospital by ambulance. There were no passengers in the vehicle.
