
A 26-year-old man from Aradippou was hospitalised on Friday night, after a motorbike crash.
According to a police report, shortly before 10 pm Friday, the man had been riding his motorcycle on the Archbishop Makarios avenue in Kiti, Larnaca, heading towards Meneou, repeatedly overtaking cars.
One of the cars he tried to overtake made a right turn, and the 26-year-old crashed into its rear.
The accident left the man injured, and he was rushed to the Larnaca general hospital.
Attending doctors found fractured bones in his shoulder, arm, ribs, and cheekbone, but his condition is not critical.
The 26-year-old had been wearing his helmet. A breathalyser test came back negative.
